Spring Green

It's been raining and raining here in Colorado, resulting in lots of tall, green grass.

We've been getting out between rainstorms to explore the fields near my house.

  3. I love the tall grass but it also makes me cringe. At least in my area, it is FULL of ticks. Yuck!

    1. Ticks aren't a huge problem here, but with this strange wet weather we've been having I will be keeping an eye out. Both girls arrived with some unwelcome hitchhikers from warmer climates.

  4. Most of my blogging buddies have rain and rain, but none can send it west where we really need it. Keep sending pictures of green grass though because I may not have any in a couple of months.

  5. They look so happy! I'm so leery of tall grass here in FL - it's a prime snake hideout!
